Renovation and Repairs
Our team worked closely with the homeowners to understand their vision for the space and ensure that the renovation preserved the original character of the home while also bringing it into the 21st century.
Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.
We started by updating the electrical and plumbing systems throughout the home to ensure that they were safe and up-to-code. We then replaced the outdated HVAC system with a new, energy-efficient system that would provide more reliable heating and cooling.
In the kitchen, we removed the old cabinets and replaced them with custom-built cabinets that were designed to match the style of the home. We installed new countertops, a new sink, and a modern, stainless steel range hood to complete the look.
